The Consumer Service Bavaria has created the knowledge map “Online Shopping” to educate consumers about the numerous possibilities and pitfalls of shopping on the internet. It contains tips & tricks, recommendations for best practice, warnings about scammers, the correct way to handle credit cards, comparison options or even tips on consumer-friendly shop design.

We were commissioned to create the design and user guidance for this helpful map. We built both in close exchange with employees of the Bavarian Consumer Service. The knowledge map is integrated as a magazine on the VSB website.
